We accept returns for exchanges or a full refund, excluding shipping fees, within 5 calendar days after receipt. At our sole discretion after 5 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or refunds issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing all refunds and exchanges. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
  • within 5 calendar days of the delivery date (after 5 days no returns are allowed)
  • all tags must still be on the garment
  • garments must be returned in their proper packaging

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately emailing us at info@irepelgear.com. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a full refund.Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

We ask that you please email us at info@irepelgear.com before you send merchandise back. Again you MUST send back all merchandise within 5 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store.
